Strong storms bring wind and hail to North Texas counties

Interstate 35 between mile markers 477 and 503 was also in the path of the storms. Drivers and outdoor workers were advised to seek shelter inside a building if possible. The weather service issued the alert at 2:30 p.m. CDT based on radar observations.
