A severe thunderstorm warning has been issued for parts of the Dallas area, including Dallas, Ellis, Johnson, and Tarrant counties, until 3:30 PM CDT. The storm is currently located over Mansfield and moving southeast at 10 mph, according to the National Weather Service in Fort Worth. The warning covers northeastern Johnson County, southeastern Tarrant County, northwestern Ellis County, and southwestern Dallas County.
