Strong storm with damaging winds and hail moves through North Texas counties

A powerful thunderstorm moved through parts of North Texas on Monday evening, bringing the risk of high winds and hail to several counties. The storm was tracked by Doppler radar about 10 miles west of Four Way—roughly 14 miles southwest of Dumas—and was moving northeast at 25 mph. Areas in Dallam, Sherman, Hartley, Moore, Oldham, and Potter counties were in its path, including Dumas, Stratford, Hartley, Cactus, Sunray, and other communities.
