Multi-Family Inspections, the unit that handles inspections and licensing for apartment buildings and other multi-unit properties in Dallas, is now a division of Code Enforcement.
Under the definition used by the division, multi-family means a building or group of buildings that provides three or more dwelling units owned by the same person on a single platted lot.
