Heat advisory issued for Dallas and North Texas counties

Symptoms of heat exhaustion and heat stroke should be recognized, and anyone experiencing severe heat-related issues should be moved to a cool, shaded location immediately. Heat stroke is a medical emergency, and 911 should be called right away if signs are present.
