Crime in Brambles and Thorntree: 671 offences recorded in July 2026

671 crimes were recorded in and around Brambles and Thorntree in July 2026, according to figures published by Cleveland Police. That is up by 109 on the 562 recorded the month before.

The most common reports were:

Violent crime: 211 reports (31% of the total) Shoplifting: 138 reports (21% of the total) Criminal damage arson: 79 reports (12% of the total) Anti social behaviour: 58 reports (9% of the total) Public order: 46 reports (7% of the total)
